The space
Big enough to live a little.
The home has been shaped by professional interior designers around the experience we hope to create: comfortable places to cross paths, gather, and build community—plus enough distinct spaces that nobody has to retreat to their bedroom just to get a little breathing room.
At roughly 4,850 square feet, the house has multiple living areas, a loft, fireplaces, and quieter corners. The available rooms are together upstairs in their own wing, offering some separation when you want it with the shared life of the house nearby.

The house is still coming together. We’ve just moved in and are continuing to design and set up the space. The photos include images from the prior listing and a few areas we’ve begun updating, so they’re only a partial representation of how the house looks today. We’ll keep adding current photos as the rooms come together.

Hi, we’re Ben, Dakota & Rocky.
We’re Ben and Dakota—engaged, recently back from Hawaii, and getting settled in Las Vegas. We run our interior design business, 1584design.com ↗, with Dakota’s mom, Lisa, who is down here often.
Ben works in tech, develops apps, and runs the technology side of the design business. Outside work, he trains jiu-jitsu at Syndicate MMA and enjoys weightlifting.
Dakota is an interior designer who loves to dance and hopes to get back into climbing. We’re both focused on building our business, personal growth, and creating a good life here.
Rocky is our Australian Shepherd and unofficial head of the welcome committee. He’s a permanent puppy: excitable, affectionate, quick to love people, and always ready to cuddle.
